By day I'm an air medical pilot at Sanford — flying patients across the upper Midwest in weather that doesn't always cooperate. It's a job where preparation, checklists, and "do it right the first time" aren't slogans. They're how the day goes well.
I also run Anything Air, a small Part 135 operation, which means I've spent a lot of years on the other side of the table — running a local business, paying for software that didn't quite fit, and watching websites quietly bleed customers because nobody had time to fix them.
Awaken Your started from a simple observation: most local businesses around Fargo have websites that don't match the quality of the business itself. Not because the owners don't care — because the industry has made it expensive, slow, and confusing to do anything about it.
So I'm trying a different model. Build the site first. Show it. Let the work speak before anyone has to sit through a sales pitch. If it's a fit, great. If not, the world has one more nice website in it.
